We collect information you provide directly to us (e.g., account credentials, uploaded assets). Crucially, your uploaded assets are isolated within our infrastructure. We do not use your proprietary creative data to train a universal base model for other customers. Your intellectual property remains yours.
2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect telemetry data to improve system performance (e.g., render times, error rates). We use your contact information solely for transactional communication regarding your account and critical service updates.
3. Infrastructure Security
We implement defense-in-depth strategies including encryption at rest, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), and strict access controls. Our payment processing is handed off to Stripe; we never store your raw credit card information.
4. Your Ownership
You retain full ownership of the inputs (raw footage) and the outputs (rendered variants). eonik claims no IP rights over the creative work generated by our platform.
