By accessing or using the eonik platform ("The Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing The Platform.

2. Commercial License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, eonik grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Platform for commercial creative generation. You own all rights, title, and interest in the Output generated by The Platform using your Input.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse The Platform. Prohibited actions include:

Reverse engineering the model or underlying algorithms.
Using The Platform to generate prohibited, illegal, or malicious content.
Attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication protocols.

4. Computation & Credits

Generation requires computational credits. Credits are purchased or granted via subscription tiers. eonik reserves the right to adjust credit costs for specific high-compute operations with prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS". eonik makes no warranties regarding the specific aesthetic quality or performance outcomes of generated assets, as these depend heavily on the quality of your Input.

6. Limitation of Liability

eonik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of The Platform, including loss of profits or data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eonik operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
